We’ve been on our mission to improve our own health for the last 5 years and with this site we’re looking to share our own experience as well as the latest expert research. Based in California, we’re located close to the epicentre of health and nutrition innovation, so we always try to include this within the site.

My name is Tracey Allen, I am a cooking enthusiast and a restaurant industry veteran. I have been spreading my passion for air fryers and simplified cooking with colleagues and friends for close to a decade. I strongly believe that many people have unhealthy misconceptions about improving their health – often perpetuated by a lack of understanding of healthy fats, protein and the danger of processed carbs. After searching the web initially for my own journey, I was disappointed when looking for a comprehensive guide to improving my health. That’s not to say that there aren’t good blogs and helpful sites out there, however there didn’t feel like there was one place where all of this was accessible. However, I would say that there are a number of other sources I would recommend for maximising your health and wellbeing.

Mark Sisson & The Primal Blueprint – another look at our diets and how we should swap carbs for healthy fats.
Nerd Fitness – great for general health, fitness and well-being hacks.
Inspired by the biohacking and primal/paleo approach to help we try to promote those values. Especially with our guides on super foods including wheatgrass, spirulina, alfalfa and chlorella. We’re realists as well though so we know that many of us don’t have the time invest heavily in creating recipes or putting together a greens drink, so we also cover meal replacement shakes for people looking to shed weight without compromising their health. In addition, we also cover alternative cooking including air fryers and sous vide so that you can cook the staples in new, healthier ways that still keep the family happy.
